This Versan aluminum sheet pan rack holds full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans to cool, proof, store and move baked goods and prepared food in bakeries, restaurant kitchens, hotels and catering. Slides on 3" centers, a curved top and 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, keep it steady and easy to roll. Available for 10 pans (38" high) or 20 pans (69" high). Ships knocked down.
